He is survived by: his children, Luther Frank Watts Jr. of Douglas, Christy Cheri Rice (Clinton Lee) of Eastman and Franny "Marci" Michelle Marquez (Michael Wayne) of Polk, FL; his sister Linda Hutchinson (Buddy) of Hazlehurst; his grandchildren, Conner Rice, Clinton Rice Jr., Michael Norfleet, Hailey Swearinger, Angel Marquez, Zayna Watts and Zaelyn Watts; and his great grandchild Sayler Grace Rice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
