She is survived by: her husband Robert Julian "Bob" Haggard; her daughter Tiffany Donnell of Eatonton; her grandsons, D. J. Davis of Dahlonega, Ty Davis of Carrollton and Cam Davis of Eatonton; her sister Linda Forbes-Rountree; her nieces, Kelly McAuley Etheridge and Lora Annette Forbes; and her nephew James "Darren" Forbes. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Hart's (307 Pecan Ln, Gray, GA 31032).
