As Teri departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Teri may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Teri leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald "Jerry" Kukowsky and Peggy McConnell; her mother-in-law Betty Walters; her sister-in-law Carol; and her siblings, Karen Kukowsky Fosnight and Mark Kukowsky.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Walters; her niece Kristy Porter (Roger Porter II); her great-niece Kaitlin Porter; her brother-in-law Lamontie Walters (family: Larisha, Gretchen Gruber); and her sibling's children, Chase Plank and Gracie Plank.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home & Crematory - Milledgeville (1670 N Jefferson St NE, Milledgeville, GA 31061). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
