She is survived by: her children, David Jonathan Akin, III, Amy Adams, Kira, Marcus Baird and April Jennipher Arter; her sister Phyllis Ruth Reeves; her grandchildren, Matthew Rowland, Lea Rachels, Michael Evans, Shane Evans, Megan Hester, Nicholas Akin, Nakozie Suttles, Ava Horton and Caiden Floyd; and her great grandchildren, Gabriella Casey, Madyson Crabtree, Blaydon Ramsey, Zachary Hester, Matson Hester, Wyatt Hester and AJ Hester. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
