She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Fred Dove and Sara Elizabeth "Lizzie" Ethridge Dove; her grandson Kyle Whitlow; her siblings, James Paul Dove, Mary Joann Dove Pruitt, Harold Lee Dove, Roy Norman Dove and William Ethridge "Butch" Dove; and the father of her children James'Kenneth'Whitlow.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Whitlow of Colbert, Bruce Whitlow (Frances Ruth) of Lakemont and Brook Whitlow of Elberton; her sister Beth Dove Dotson of Elberton; her grandchildren, Bryan Whitlow, Emily Whitlow (Josh Pruitt), Dylan Whitlow (Elizabeth Grace), Betsy Gaffney (Tyler Huddleston), Maggie Gaffney (Tra Wilkins) and Taylor Higginbotham (late Kyle Whitlow); and her great grandchildren, Laya Whitlow, Lily Whitlow, Sebastian Joseph Gaffney and Tristen Kyle Whitlow. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
