Barbara Ann Dye Rousey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Dye Rousey (Elberton, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 31, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bobby Joe Rousey; her parents, James Rush Dye and Thelma Fell; her son Jeffery Lloyd Rousey (Angela Kay Rousey); her grandchildren, Melody Anderson and Emilee Rousey; her great grandchildren, Nova Rousey, Gavin Anderson and Koen Anderson; her siblings, Camilla Ivey, Joel Dye and Celeste Helms; and her daughter Traci Lynn Rousey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rehoboth Baptist Church (3061 Deep Creek Rd, Bowman, GA 30624). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers are accepted and contributions may be made in her memory to Rehoboth Baptist Church, for the benefit of Georgia Baptist Children's Home, 3017 Rehoboth Road, Bowman, GA 30624.
