We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2023, at the age of 64, Billy Richard Gaines (Elberton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Fred Gaines and Fannie Ray Bowen Gaines; his siblings, Vernon Gaines, Ray Gaines and Jackie; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Craft.

He is survived by : his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Lawrence Gaines of Elberton and Sylvia Ivester Gaines of Elberton; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Gaines, Jason Gaines, Adam Brian Gaines, Paul Craft, Dana Floyd and Jill Craft.

Flowers are accepted and contributions may be made in his memory to the charity of one's choice.
