Caden Tyler Scott Obituary

Caden Tyler Scott, a beloved son, brother, and friend, tragically passed away in Elberton, GA on March 28, 2024, a week and a half prior to his 16th birthday. He was born in Brunswick, GA on April 7, 2008.

Caden was known for his cheerful and happy demeanor. A country boy at heart, he loved the outdoors, blue jeans and boots, and especially Upchurch music. He was a mama's boy who will be remembered for his infectious smile, laughter, and love for the simple things in life.

Caden is survived by his mother, Susanna Ellen Woodall Minchew of Elberton, GA; father, Danny Wade Scott, Jr. of Elberton, GA; brothers: Seth Tindall of Royston, GA, Kae Tindall of Royston, GA, Shannon Minchew of Orlando, FL, Braxtyn Minchew of Orlando, FL, Bentley Scott of Elberton, GA, and Kinsley Scott of Elberton, GA; grandmother, Nancy Cheetham of Murphy, NC; and his girlfriend and light of his life, Lacey Roberts of Comer, GA.

Private memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024. The family wishes to extend their sincerest appreciation for the outpour of love and support from the community during this tragic time.

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to help defray expenses.
