She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lauren "Bud" Mercer and Maude Elizabeth Burden Mercer; her son Robert Vaughn (Laurie); and her brother Rabun "Ray" Mercer. She is survived by: her pets, Pepe, Razzy and Gizmo; her husband Robert Daniel Williams, Jr.; her siblings, Sara Margaret Vaughn (Calvin) and Gary Mercer (Tanya "Sam"); her close friend Karen Brown Johnson of Elberton; her stepchildren, Jeffrey Williams, Terri of Elberton, Jonathan Williams of Elberton, Julie Easterburg and Von of Dallas, NC; her stepgrandchildren, Parker Williams, Destiny, Fallon Simpson, David, Devon Easterburg, Taylor, Breanna Easterburg and Nathan; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Wyatt Williams, Sabel Williams, Adien Easterburg and Waylon Easterburg; her children, Margaret Ann Parker (Daniel), Brandon Mercer (Brittany) and Sean Mercer (Summer); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mathew Parker, Byron Parker, Lucas Vaughn, Logan Vaughn, Liam Vaughn, Madelyn Mercer and Claire Mercer.
