He was predeceased by: his father Freeman Haley; his wife Linda Haley of Royston, Georgia.; his mother May Etta Fulbright Haley; and his siblings, Fred Haley, Johnny Haley, Junior Haley of Mississippi and Helen Pace of Athens.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Floyd of Royston; his grandson Charles Floyd of Royston; and his stepgrandson Andrew Floyd of Royston.
