He is survived by: his sister Anna Dolene Twomey; his wife Melba Jeanine Milner (Dennard); his children, David Wallace Milner, Jr. (Stephanie Milner) and Margaret LaPaige Walker (Dwayne Walker); and his grandchildren, David Wallace Milner III (Kassie Milner), Nolan Keith Harwell, Josie Nicole Dial and Eleanor Layne Milner.
