It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald William Hill of Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on August 14, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Thomas Hill and Ida Mae Johnson Thornton. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jo Moon Hill; his children, Chiquita Winn (Chaio) and Carla Hill; his siblings, Willie Thomas Hill, Calvin Hill, Bessie Gartrell (Kevin) and Mary Saddler (Lonnie); his brothers-in-law, Charles Moon (Gussie) and Marvin Cleveland (Emma); his grandchildren, Dakhovin Winn, Zadia Winn, Karson Rambert, Amauri Winn, Cason Eberhardt and Nolan Brown; his aunts, Shirley Davis, Janell Madden, Mammie Fairley and Iris Browning; and his close friend Jerry Rucker.
