He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Cade and Annie Ruth White Eberhardt; his wife Ora Jean Arnold Eberhardt; and his siblings, Gladys Downer, Margaret Burton, James Howard Eberhardt and Odessa Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Cal Glaze, Denise Chisholm (Jeffery), Shameka Gaither (Robert) and Eric Eberhardt (Natasha); his sister Julia Burton (Clyde); and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Harris, Pamela Allen, Margaret Burton and Marion Perrin (Edward). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
