He was predeceased by: his parents, George Oglesby and Clara Swords Oglesby; his wife Carolyn "Cacky" Grimes Oglesby; and his son Gregory Earl Oglesby. He is survived by: his sister Julia Ann McVinnie; and his brother-in-law Brian.
