We are sad to announce that, on July 25, 2025, at the age of 68, Jeffrey Ray Stratton (Elberton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jefferson Stratton, Jr. and Jacquelyn "Jackie" Gaines Stratton; and his brother Roger Dale Stratton. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lynn Harris Stratton; his daughters, Torri DeAnna Mills and Whitley Rae Bellew (Justin); and his grandchildren, Dawson Mills, Bryson Mills, Presley Bellew, Maddox Bellew and Kolynns Bellew. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
