It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Brown (Elberton, Georgia), who passed away on April 11, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Newt Brown and Flora Lee Hunt Brown; and her siblings, Jeanette Burdette, Stanley Brown, Raymond Brown, Jimmy Brown and Thomas Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald T. "Ronnie" Brown; her daughters, Rhonda Tucker (Edward) and Renae Moore (Barry); her sister Aldyne Vaughn (Michael); her grandchildren, Ashlee Vickery (Matthew) and Dalton Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Vickery and Lola Martin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Due to COVID-19, the family respectfully requests no visitation at the residence; however, everyone is encouraged to express their condolences and love to the family during a drive-thru visitation on Wednesday, April 15, from 6:00-7:30 p. m. at Berry Funeral Home.
