He was predeceased by: his parent Byrd Perry; and his siblings, Jerry Perry and Joann Neave. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Rowland Perry; his children, Scott Perry (Sonya) of Dewy Rose and Rita Brown of Dewy Rose; his sister Joyce Bowen (David) of Bowman; his grandchildren, Derrick Brown, Brooke Cawthon, Chandler Perry, Luke Brown and Anniston Perry; and his great grandchildren, Owen Brown, Chance Brown, McKenzie Brown, Korbin Cawton and Addy Cawthon.
