She is survived by: her children, Brent (Donna Adams), Arizona and Jeff (Sandy Adams); her granddaughters, Jessica Adams of Lakewood, Katherine Adams of Golden and Elizabeth Adams of Lakewood; her caregivers, Pam Allen, Latoya Cummings, Phyllis Highsmith, Marie Mize, Joyce Rivers, Jennifer Rucker and Jenny Yeargin; Stella Adams.
It was her wish for a private family service to be held and that memorials be made to Friends Helping Friends Club, Inc. (FHF Club, Inc.), 1027 Micliff Drive, Elberton, GA 30635.
