He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Evans and Carolyn Rosser Evans; his daughter Patricia Nicole Evans; and his grandmother Ruddell "Nanny" Evans. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Salyers Evans; his children, Billy Cox (Carol), Donna Frate (Rob), James Cox (Cheri) and Jospeh Cox; his brother Christopher Mark Evans; and his grandchildren, Allen Cox (Bella), Breanna Cox and Randy Logan Cox (Kaylee). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
