He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Roosevelt Grizzle and Elsie Lou Gaddis Grizzle; his daughter Brandy Chapman; and his siblings, Benjamin Grizzle, Ellis Grizzle and Diane Belk.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Jenkins (Allen) of Rincon; his grandchildren, Brittany, Katelyn, Jacob, Abbie and Lucas; and his siblings, Mary Hart, Lois Bird, Betty Jean "Snuffy" Wynn, Helen Burt, Elizabeth "Gurtie" Burns, Jerry "Goat" Grizzle and Donald Grizzle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
