He is survived by: his mother Trudy Johnson King of Elberton; his children, Matthew John King and Katherine Mariel King; his aunt Tammy Fortson; his cousins, Mendy Christian (Travis) and Jamie Carrington; his former wife Jean Delaney King; and his close friend Becky Steele.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Berry Funeral Home (1265 Washington Hwy, Elberton, GA 30635). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home (1 Berry Lane, ELBERTON, GA 30635). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at the Bethlehem Global Methodist Church Cemetery (1025 Welcome Church Rd, Elberton, GA 30635).
