She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Darsey and Mollie Oxley Darsey; her siblings, Amos Darsey, Malan Darsey, Larry Darsey and Peggy Blackstone; her daughters, Helen Jones and Janice Buice; and her granddaughter Julie Happoldt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Waters, Frances Pate (Danny) and Alecia Leavens; and her sisters, Lee Wilson, Ann Schwartz (John), Christine Allbritton (Steve) and Maxine Belflower (Kenneth Burris). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
