He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Head and Jewel Hicks; his stepfather Jim Hicks; his siblings, Marty Head and Julie Head; and his great grandchild Adalynn Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Head; his children, David Clifton (Sherri), Heather Jones (Bryan), Melissa Floyd (Gary), Jen Bruner and Kimberley Canham (Rich); and his siblings, Charlie Head (Joni), David Head and Sonya Head (Amanda). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to the American Heart Association or your local animal shelter.
