He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Averett Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Evans Phillips of Ellaville; his wife Heather Phillips of Ellaville; his daughters, Ansley Brown (Ryan) of Ellaville, Haley Phillips Etmon (Marcell) of Bali, Bethany Weaver (Ryan) of Americus and Abbie Peavy (Garrett) of Warner Robins; his brother Greg Phillips (Denise); his grandchildren, Lainey Brown, Logan Brown, Noah Etmon, Kai Etmon, Wes Weaver and Cullom Weaver; and his nephew Averett Phillips.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Overflow Worship Center (649 Industrial Dr, Ellaville, GA 31806). A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
