She was predeceased by: her parents, G. H. Holloway and Hazel Lorene Snipes Holloway; her husband William "Bill" Leverett, Jr.; and her daughter Amanda Faye Leverett. She is survived by: her sisters, Kala Folsom of Ellenton, GA and Suzan Holloway of Inverness, FL; and her sister-in-law Marsha Holley (John) of Palatka, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews.
