Tony); his daughter-in-law Tapika Howard; his grandchildren, Robert Hughes, Keturah Howard, Khloe Hughes and Amariah Howard; and his siblings, Sarah Stephens, Harold Howard and Dr. Cheryl Johnson. He is also survived by extended family, spirtitual sons, daughters, friends.
