She is survived by: her husband Sammie Mathis; her children, Cole (Mallory) and Chloe; her brothers, Chris Joyce and Todd Bishop; and her aunts and uncles, Becky Massingill, Pat Crews, Kathy Copeland, John, Charlene Joyce, Cindy Childs, Evelyn Peck, Annette Hjellming, Bonnie Compton and Barney Joyce. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethesda Baptist Church (3830 GA-85, Ellerslie, GA 31807). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Upatoi Baptist Church Children's Ministry.
