It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Michael Sylvis of Ellerslie, Georgia, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sylvis and Velma France Sylvis; and his brother Joe Sylvis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Jones Sylvis; his children, Michael Sylvis Jr. (Lynn), Amber Wilbourn (Clay) and Ronnie Williams (Katie); his grandchildren, Tyler Williams (Gina), Jesse Williams (Emily), Dalton Sylvis (Madeline), Justin Sylvis (Mallory), Cameron Sylvis, KaraLynn Williams, Lilly Wilbourn and Aimee Stelting; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Kenzley, Adeline, Ty, Charlotte and Lainey; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Foster, Mary Harrison (Dennis) and Dell Jones.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parkhill Cemetery (4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
