With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Weaver of Ellijay, Georgia, who passed away on June 1, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Arthur may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Bernhardt Funeral Home (163 River St, Ellijay, GA 30540). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery (10358 GA-52, Ellijay, GA 30536).
The family respectfully asks that no flowers be brought to the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery Fund c/o Mr. Branson Chastain at 84 River Ridge, Ellijay, GA 30536.
