Carl Stanley Ashworth Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl Stanley Ashworth of Ellijay, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2025 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl Stanley Ashworth to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Cleveland Ashworth and Hilda Langford Ashworth; his sister Carolyn Ashworth; and his siblings-in-law, Mel and Angela Fleischer.
He is survived by: his wife Rena; his daughters, Angela Renner (Ron) and Fran Whelan (Chris); and his grandchildren, Kyle Renner, Rachel Renner, Jenna Whelan and Thomas Whelan. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hope Lutheran Church (3295 Old Hwy 5 S, Ellijay, GA 30540). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
