He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Hyde and Della Cochran Hyde; his wife Ruby Lee Hyde of Ellijay; his daughter Dina Hyde; and his siblings, Earl, Truman Hyde and Delores Green.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Hyde (Karen) of Ellijay, Randy Hyde of Ellijay, Ricky Hyde of Ellijay, Mark Hyde of Ellijay and Debbie Pinson of Ellijay; his sister Helen Teem (Junior) of Ellijay; his grandchildren, Kevin Hyde (Kelly), Amanda Cantrell (Josh), Ivy Pierce (Evan), Derek Pinson (JP), Charita Judia (Ben), Chad Pinson (Jordan), Tabitha Hyde and Jordan Hyde; and his great grandchildren, Raylan Cantrell, Veda Pierce, Lucas Judia, Ruby, Eisley Pinson, Noah Hyde, Skye Blakely and Talan Blakely.
