He is survived by: his wife Gail Kemp Chastain; his daughters, Dawn Arbucci (Tony) of Ellijay, Denise Mosley of Ellijay and Debra Jones (Jon) of Ellijay; his grandchildren, Tori Perigo (Josh) of Ellijay, Jacey Shoemake (Matt) of Carrollton, Taylor Jones (Melissa) of Rockwood, Marly Trahan of Roswell, Samantha Mosley, Sara Mosley of Ellijay, Aaliyah Jones of Cumming, Rob, Mel Mosley of Ellijay, Arifah, Amayah and Kiana Jones of Ellijay; his great grandchildren, Kashane, Anez, Anique, Jonijah, Josiah Perigo of Ellijay and Indra Shoemake of Carrollton; and his siblings, Betty Chastain Cantrell of Ellijay, Hassel Chastain (Sarah) of Ellijay, Edward Chastain (Beverly) of Ellijay, Regina Mathis (Reggie) of Ellijay and Ricky Chastain (Pauline) of Ellijay.
