He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur Hulsey and Faye Hulsey. He is survived by: his wife Judith Hulsey; his children, Brian Hulsey, Rickey Hulsey and Melisa West of Ellijay, GA; and his siblings, Bobby Hulsey and Charlene McGhee. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
