He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Banks and Ann Sanford Banks. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve (Mary Anne) and Ann Bennett of Chatsworth, GA; and his caregivers, Lisa Cochran and Sonya Swing. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
