He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leon Harper and Mary Coleeta Sawyer Harper. He is survived by: his son Eddie Harper (Mandy) of Ellijay, GA; his siblings, Gerry Harper (Michelle) of Ellijay, GA and Kathi Hill (David) of Ellijay, GA; his grandchildren, Sawyer Harper and Hannah Harper; and his nieces, Anna Kate Hill and Jesse Logan.
