We are sad to announce that, on April 5, 2026, at the age of 61, Juan Ortiz Hernandez of Ellijay, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Juan Ortiz (Marra), Luis Ortiz, Angel Ortiz, Nick Ridings, Anna Ortiz and Monica Guzman; his siblings, Cellio Ortiz, Jr., Javier Ortiz, Siverio Ortiz, Ezequiel Ortiz and Suzanne Ortiz; and his grandchildren, Olivia Ortiz, Kyla House, Oliver Rowe and Juliana Ridings.

Food and Flowers will both be accepted, or donations may be made to Bernhardt Funeral Home to help with final funeral expenses.
