He is survived by: his wife Kathey Chastain Rice; his daughters, Karen Henson (Alex) of Ellijay and Rebecca Reed (Mitchell) of Cherry Log; his sisters, Modean Rice of Culberson, NC, Pauline Ware (Max) of Culberson and Helen Rice of Dallas, GA.; his grandchildren, Ashley Cameron (Jeff), Nicholas Reed, Nicole Starnes (Wyatt) and Kelly Henson; and his great grandchild Lyra Beau Cameron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
