It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Alan Waters of Ellijay, Georgia, who passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Billy Waters; his stepfather Mike McNair; his grandparents, Marvin Mitchell and Lizzy Mitchell; and his stepdaughter Morgan King.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Waters; his mother Patsy McNair; his daughter Megan Waters; his stepsons, Dakota King, Jacob King Brothers, Kevin Waters and Dana Holt; and his grandchildren, Cy, Sawyer, Blakley and Emory.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the South Canton Funeral Home (3147 Marietta Hwy, Canton, GA 30114). A procession will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cancer Society in his honor.
