He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Vallejos and Maria Albina Vallejos; his children, Nick Vallejos, Jr. and Victoria Sherman; and his siblings, Ismael, Melcor "Cody", Arseno, Gabriel, Cristoban, Ruben, Fernado, Floreno, Gilbert, Anna Mae, Lisa, Vivan and Mildred.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Vallejos, Donna Vallejos, Rosa Vallejos and Toni Nelson (James); and his siblings, Robert Vallejos, George Vallejos and Susan Varela. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
