She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernie Harper and Dorothy Ann James Harper. She is survived by: her son Kenny Turner (Katy); her granddaughter Kylie Norris; and her sisters, Brenda Harper, Carole Spearman, Diane Sams and Lisa Harper.
