She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton DeWitt Call and Elva Simmons Call; and her husband Jerry Randall Crooke. She is survived by: her daughter Kristie Crooke (Morgan Fountain) of Ellijay, GA; her siblings, Howard Call (Peggy) of Ellijay, GA, Eva Jo Childers of Ellijay, GA, Emma Bishop (David) of Chatsworth, GA and Geraldine Fitts of Ellijay, GA; her granddaughter Halie Ridings; and her close friend Tammy Lee Bigham. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bernhardt Funeral Home (163 River St, Ellijay, GA 30540). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
