He is survived by: his wife Jo Lina Frady of Merced, California; his children, Phillip Jr. Frady (Pepper) of Douglasville, GA, Lorie Frady of Marietta, GA and Lisa Frady of New Zealand; his grandchildren, James Patrick Futch, Peyton Chelsie Futch, Mia Ilonna Kovach and Juliet Tesla Kovach; and his close friend Preston Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
