He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Lively (Jackson); his sons, Jeff and Jason Lively; his grandchildren, Katie, Brooke, Jordan, Joshua Lively and Kallie Lively Price (Cameron Price); his great grandchild Cassandra Kuny; his siblings, Mickey (Dorothy Lively) and Mary Lively; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Lively, Loretta Chastain, Norma, Gene Ray and Curtis Jackson.
