He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Parks and Evelyn Regland Parks; his wife Mary Wanda Parks; and his brother Floyd E. Parks. He is survived by: his children, Alyce Hinrichs (Rodney) of Nebraska, Rob D. Parks of Ellijay, GA, Peggie Osmanski (Brian) of Iowa, Debbie Hoffmann (Ralph) of Pennsylvania, Julie Merglowski (Tim) of Pennsylvania, Robert Welt of North Carolina, Valarie Welt of North Carolina, Jonathan Jenkins (Jennifer) of Virginia and Joshua Jenkins (Melissa) of Colorado; and his sister Betty Zurich of Florida. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
