With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney Dean Herrick of Ellijay, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on November 8, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Rodney shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rodney farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his children, Judith Marin, Shelly Sanford, Pamela Vasquez, Rodney Peltier and Anthony Taylor Herrick; and his siblings, Roy Herrick, Wayne Herrick, Royce Herrick, Chris Wilson, Rebecca Herrick and Angel Moore. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
