She is survived by: her husband Tracy Forest of Ellijay; her daughter Cathy; her son-in-law Michael McDaniel of Ellijay; her son Dennis; her daughter-in-law Cherie Chumley of Jasper; her son Allen Chumley of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Krystle Buttrum of Ellijay, Lee Chumley of Jasper, Angel Mitchell of Jasper, Jesse Chumley of Jasper and Donnie Chumley of Ellijay; and her great grandchildren, Jazzlyn Buttrum, Kailee Foster, Joshua Chumley, Chloe Chumley, Quinn Chumley and Aurora Mitchell.
