He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Quarles and Eldridge Quarles; his great-nephew Kaysen Wright; his uncles, Truman and Herman Corbin; and his grandparents, Noah and Gussie Corbin.
He is survived by: his children, Tia Quarles (Justin) and Vince Waters; his granddaughters, Grace and Westlynn Quarles; his brother Ritchie Quarles; his nieces and nephews, Ali Quarles (Greg), Haley Quarles, Rylan, Jace and Lynlee Wright; and his close friends, Carol, Timmy Rymer, Andy Middleton and Kevin Mchan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tails Creek Baptist Church (1474 Tails Creek Rd, Ellijay, GA 30540).
