It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Ann Rowe of Ellijay, Georgia, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on March 22, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Ritter; and her brother Steve Ritter. She is survived by: her husband Billy Rowe; her daughters, Amanda McLean (Chad) and Brittney Rowe; her siblings, Walt Ritter, Tim Ritter and Cindy Hudgins; and her grandchildren, Sawyer Strohl, Will Strohl and Addison Rowe-Blackman.
