He is survived by: his wife Jama Blackwell of Ellijay; his brother Scott; his sister-in-law Bridget Blackwell of Ball Ground; his nephew Levi Blackwell of Ball Ground; his stepchildren, Britney Hightower of Ellijay and Nathaniel Gravley of Ellijay; and his grandchildren, Logan Hightower, David Hightower and Nolan.
