He is survived by: his children, Susan Ann (Smith), Langhoff (Glenn) of Ellijay and Alan Christopher Smith (Julia); his daughter-in-law Lana Ibieta Smith; his grandchildren, Teddy Ray Smith, III of Chalmette, LA, Lauren Brittany (Smith), Lindsey Brooke (Smith) and Sarah Juanita Smith; his great grandchildren, Briley Blackwell, Micah Bastoe, Emerson Blackwell and Jake Bastoe; and his stepchildren, Winona (Wasendorf), Wilkerson (Jerry) and Leonard Lafayette Wasendorf.
